I design learning environments that fit how people learn best at each stage of development. As a Montessori educator for infants, toddlers, and teens, a birth and postpartum doula, a business incubator facilitator, and a program developer, I bring one thread through all of it: when the environment is prepared well, people grow into themselves.
I built a values-based business incubator from the ground up: 29 businesses launched from zero, nearly $800K in participant revenue, and 74% of participants growing revenue by 45% or more. The same approach carries to teens. In three weeks as a guest teacher with a Houston high school’s student business, they increased their profit and organized how they run it.
My focus now is teens: connecting them with their inner gifts and interests, building the essential skills for adulthood, and weaving financial literacy into project-based learning so it is meaningful, fun, and immediately useful in their lives.
